Elizabeth Ball Molotsky is a first time mama that lives in New York City with her new baby Charles and husband, David. We have a conversation about those first few weeks home from the hospital and how to prepare for the transition into mom life. Elizabeth gives an honest perspective about how much her marriage, has been impacted as a result of becoming a mom, something she didn’t anticipate. She also shares about how her lactation consultant has been such a huge support when it comes to knowing if her baby is eating and sleeping enough and offers tips on finding the right lactation consultant before going into labor.
